The problem
The referral names a benefit deadline and the file lives in three places
Section 44 questions sit in the referral letter while treating records sit elsewhere. Section 44 is the part of the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) that lets an auto insurer request an examination.

Do you have an office in Ontario?
No. IMECore leases no examining rooms in Ontario.
What is a Section 44 insurer examination?
An auto insurer examination under Section 44 of the SABS.
How do catastrophic impairment determinations work?
A CAT assessment decides if injuries meet the SABS threshold. The OCF-19 starts it.
What is the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT)?
The tribunal that hears denied SABS benefit disputes. Reports answer each disputed question with reasons.
