Independent medical assessments in Calgary

IMECore arranges IMEs and file reviews for Calgary auto and disability files.

In-person assessments in Calgary are arranged through our examiner network and confirmed when you refer. Video assessments are available across Alberta.

The problem

A Calgary collision file splits faster than the records arrive

Section B adjusters, tort counsel, and carriers each open a file on one crash while notes sit in separate clinics. The booking beats the record to the examiner.

  • Tort questions arrive while Section B records are still missing.
  • Physical and psychological questions land on one examiner, not two.

What changes

What IMECore does about it

  • One record, every track

Section B, tort, and LTD read the same file.

  • The specialty the questions need

Matched to the referral, never assumed.

Payers

FAQ

Questions people ask

Do you have an office in Calgary?

No. IMECore leases no examining rooms in Calgary. In-person visits are arranged through our examiner network and confirmed when you refer, and video assessments run across Alberta.

Can one examination answer both Section B and tort questions?

Often, when the referral states both sets of questions up front. The examiner separates benefit opinions from causation opinions so each reader finds their answers.

Can the whole file run by video?

Many examinations and most file reviews can. The referral confirms whether the questions need an in-person visit, and the booking follows that call.

Refer a case, get back a signed report

Send the referral and the questions. A coordinator confirms the file and what it still needs, then IMECore coordinates the examination and delivers a signed report.
