For coordination firms
Run every file from referral to invoice in one place
IMECore holds the referral, the records, the booking, the report, and the invoice against one case. Nothing lives in a mailbox.
The problem
When the file is scattered, the coordinator becomes the database
The referral arrives by email. Records arrive by fax, courier, and three portals. The booking sits in a calendar. The report goes back by email. The invoice lives in accounting. Only the coordinator knows where the file stands, and only while they still remember.
- You answer status calls by reading your own sent mail.
- Records arrive in four formats and nobody knows what is missing.
- A booking slips and you find out when the report is late.
- An examiner asks again for records you already sent.
- Month-end billing means rebuilding the month from memory.
What changes
What IMECore does about it
Intake reads the referral for you
Forward the referral email. IMECore pulls out the claimant, the referrer, the claim number, the questions asked, and the deadline. You check the fields and accept.
Records land against the case, not the inbox
Every page attaches to the case with its source and date. IMECore flags duplicates and shows which sources you are still waiting on.
Scheduling shows the real constraint
Pick from your own panel with specialty, city, and availability in view. The case shows the date the report has to land, and how much slack is left.
Examiners get one link
The examiner opens a portal with the records, the questions, and the deadline. No attachments. No second copy of the file.
Review is a step, not an email chain
The draft report goes through a named reviewer. Every comment and every change stays on the case with a timestamp.
Billing comes out of the work
The invoice builds from what happened on the case. Provincial tax is applied by rule, not by memory.
How it runs
Four steps, start to finish
- 1
Forward the referral
Send it to your intake address. IMECore reads it and opens a case.
- 2
Confirm what it found
Check the extracted fields. Correct anything wrong. Accept the case.
- 3
Collect and book
Request records, watch the gaps close, and book the examiner.
- 4
Review and send
Route the draft to a reviewer, then release the report and the invoice.

FAQ
Questions people ask
Does IMECore replace our case management system?
For IME work, yes. IMECore holds the case from referral to invoice. If you run other lines of business in another system, keep it and use IMECore for the IME files.
Where does our data live?
In Canada. IMECore runs on Cloudflare with Canadian data residency for case records. See the trust page for the current list of subprocessors.
How much does the AI decide on its own?
Nothing that leaves the building. AI reads referrals, sorts records, and drafts summaries. A person accepts the intake, approves the booking, and signs off the report.
Can we keep our own examiner panel?
Yes. Your panel is your data. Import it, set specialties and coverage areas, and IMECore schedules against it.
What does it cost?
IMECore prices per closed case, not per seat. Coordinators, reviewers, and finance staff all get logins at no extra charge. Tell us your monthly case volume and we will send a figure.
