1. The service
IMECore provides software for Independent Medical Examination coordination. The service can help teams manage referrals, records, examiner scheduling, reports, review steps, and billing information.
2. Your workspace
You are responsible for your workspace users, access settings, and the information they submit. You must give access only to people who need it for their work. You must keep account credentials secure and tell us about suspected unauthorised access.
3. Medical information
You must have the right to collect and use the personal information you put into IMECore. You must provide any notice, consent, or other legal basis required for the case. You remain responsible for the decisions made about a claimant and for the reports you deliver.
4. Human review
IMECore may use automated tools to sort information, suggest actions, or draft text. These tools can be wrong. You must review and approve important outputs before you use or deliver them.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use IMECore to:
- break the law or violate another person's rights;
- upload malware or attempt to disrupt the service;
- access another workspace without permission; or
- use the service for an emergency or to replace medical care.
6. Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We use reasonable safeguards and keep access records. No online service can promise perfect security. Your agreement with IMECore should define the roles, safeguards, incident process, retention period, and audit rights that apply to your data.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or stop parts of the service. We will make a reasonable effort to give notice when a change materially affects your use. Service levels, support terms, and data export rights should be set out in an order form or written agreement.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms should go to the IMECore service contact listed in your agreement.
